About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Business Finance Officer (CBFO) to provide executive leadership across enterprise financial planning, operations, and strategic investment initiatives. This role is designed for a finance executive with deep operational insight and strategic vision, who can translate complex business objectives into an actionable financial strategy.

The CBFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing financial stewardship and strategic guidance across business units, growth initiatives, and global operations. The role combines financial acumen, operational leadership, and strategic planning to drive value creation, efficiency, and long-term business performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to inform strategic business decisions and capital allocation

• Drive financial operations excellence, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

• Oversee financial risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting across global operations

• Provide strategic insight for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment decisions

• Develop and implement financial processes, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance business performance and decision-making

• Lead, mentor, and develop senior finance teams to ensure high-performance and succession planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive operational efficiency and scalability

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced finance certification preferred)

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in technology, enterprise services, or global operations

• Proven experience in C-suite or senior executive finance roles with enterprise-scale responsibility

• Expertise in financial strategy, operational finance, capital allocation, and risk management

• Demonstrated success in driving complex, multi-functional initiatives and business transformations

• Strong experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools

• Excellent understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and global business operations

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $340,000 – $416,000 USD annually
