Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Growth Leadership: Own and drive the global digital growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion.
Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics, customer segmentation, and real-time insights to improve performance across digital channels.
Omnichannel Strategy: Lead efforts across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives.
AI & Automation: Integrate AI, predictive analytics, and automation tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and growth forecasts.
Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align digital growth with enterprise objectives.
Experimentation Frameworks: Build high-velocity testing models (A/B tests, funnel optimization, conversion insights) to drive iterative improvement.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Identify emerging digital trends and create strategies that differentiate the organization competitively.
Team Leadership: Develop and lead high-performing teams across growth, analytics, digital strategy, and customer intelligence.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
12+ years of experience in digital growth, revenue acceleration, or digital strategy, with at least 5+ years at an executive level.
Proven track record in technology, ecommerce, SaaS, digital platforms, or performance-led consumer industries.
Deep knowledge of digital acquisition channels, media buying, retention marketing, and analytics ecosystems.
Strong command of data platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable), and growth tooling.
Experience working with AI/ML-driven personalization and automation models.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA strongly preferred.
Executive-level communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, CMO, and Chief Product Officer to align digital growth with corporate vision.
Support enterprise revenue planning, forecasting, and performance modeling through growth intelligence.
Influence long-range planning, digital transformation initiatives, and international expansion strategies.
Evaluate M&A opportunities from a digital growth perspective (market potential, integration viability, risk modeling).
Partner with Finance and Data teams to drive ROI-based investment prioritization across digital channels and initiatives.
Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $288,000 – $322,000
Performance Bonus: Annual executive-level incentive plan
