As our Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, you will have the authority, visibility, and resources to architect a global strategy that drives measurable cultural transformation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Global DEI Strategy Leadership: Develop, execute, and evolve a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy aligned with business goals and cultural priorities.
Enterprise Policy Advancement: Drive inclusive hiring, equitable pay practices, leadership accountability frameworks, and global DEI policy alignment.
Culture Transformation: Advance programs that foster psychological safety, belonging, inclusive leadership behaviors, and equitable access to opportunities.
Executive & Board Engagement: Present DEI progress, analytics, compliance updates, and long-range planning insights to senior executives and Board committees.
Talent Pipeline Development: Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to strengthen diverse hiring pipelines, promotion pathways, and leadership readiness programs.
Community & Partnerships: Expand relationships with global DEI organizations, universities, and advocacy partners to advance societal and industry DEI impact.
Data, Measurement & Reporting: Oversee global DEI analytics, ESG reporting, employee experience surveys, and equity audits.
Training & Enablement: Implement global learning initiatives, inclusive leadership trainings, and cultural competency programs for all levels.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Culture Transformation.
Proven experience driving large-scale DEI strategies in technology, healthcare, consumer enterprise, or global organizations.
Strong knowledge of DEI analytics, global labor considerations, accessibility standards, and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated success in partnering with C-Suite, senior executives, and Board stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Experience leading cross-regional teams across diverse cultures and markets.

Strategic Support
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CHRO, General Counsel, and Board Diversity Committee on cultural strategy, talent equity, and inclusive leadership.
Support ESG strategy by aligning DEI initiatives with sustainability, workforce transparency, and community impact goals.
Influence enterprise policy development around employee experience, accessibility, leadership development, and workplace equity.
Drive DEI alignment across HR, Talent, People Analytics, Legal, Communications, and Corporate Affairs.
Working Conditions
Remote role with occasional travel for global DEI summits, executive meetings, cultural audits, or regional leadership events.
