Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Define and execute the organisation’s long-term strategic vision, growth roadmap, and enterprise priorities.
Oversee end-to-end business operations including technology, product, finance, marketing, customer operations, and corporate functions.
Lead executive leadership teams, ensuring clarity of direction, operational alignment, and performance accountability.
Build and maintain a healthy organisational culture centered on innovation, excellence, and customer impact.
Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and investment strategies.
Oversee governance structures including board engagement, risk management, compliance, and reporting.
Represent the organisation in executive meetings, investor discussions, strategic summits, and public forums.
Ensure operational discipline and execution reliability across the entire enterprise.
Champion digital transformation, technological evolution, and the adoption of innovation-driven capabilities.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
15–20+ years of executive leadership experience, including C-level or divisional P&L accountability.
Strong background in technology, digital platforms, SaaS, enterprise services, or high-growth innovation-driven sectors.
Proven experience leading complex organisations through growth, transformation, or restructuring.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams across multiple business functions.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, investment strategy, and operational performance.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and board-level presentation skills.
Experience with mergers, partnerships, strategic investments, or market expansion initiatives.

Oversee transformation programs including digital modernisation, operational redesign, and culture evolution.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $395,000 – $480,000
