As a member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will define how technology empowers every aspect of the organization — from infrastructure modernization and data governance to AI-driven decision-making and cybersecurity excellence. This leader will set the standard for innovation, aligning IT capabilities with corporate strategy to ensure agility, resilience, and competitive advantage.

This role requires a forward-thinking executive who thrives on bridging business goals with emerging technologies. You’ll lead talented global teams, oversee complex systems, and pioneer next-generation solutions that position the organization for the future of work, connectivity, and customer engagement.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise-wide IT and digital transformation strategy, ensuring technology alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Oversee all aspects of information technology, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise applications.

  • Develop a multi-year digital roadmap focused on scalability, cloud migration, and innovation enablement.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making through modern analytics and business intelligence platforms.

  • Partner with C-suite executives to deliver seamless technology integration across global operations.

  • Direct large-scale ERP, CRM, and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation strategies across business units.

  • Build a world-class IT organization rooted in collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Foster an innovation culture — mentoring teams and accelerating digital skill development at every level.


Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; MBA or Master’s preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in information technology leadership roles, with at least 7 years at the executive level.

  • Proven success leading large-scale digital transformations within Fortune 500 or global enterprise settings.

  • Expertise in cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity governance, and enterprise architecture modernization.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing IT budgets exceeding $50M.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional leadership and communicate complex technical strategies in simple, actionable terms.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and change management skills.


Strategic Support

  • Partner directly with the CEO, CFO, and COO to drive digital innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.

  • Act as a key executive advisor on emerging technologies, AI strategy, and cybersecurity posture.

  • Collaborate with HR and Operations on technology adoption, digital training, and employee enablement.

  • Drive the IT governance framework ensuring compliance, transparency, and strategic prioritization.


 

Working Conditions

Essential Job Function

The Chief Information Officer is responsible for setting the vision and direction of enterprise technology. This role ensures that every system, process, and digital capability strengthens operational agility, customer experience, and organizational resilience.



Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience leading AI/ML, digital twin, or IoT implementations.

  • Previous success driving M&A technology integrations or post-merger system harmonization.

  • Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP, or TOGAF.

  • Thought leadership in technology governance or digital ethics.
