Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Office Leadership: Serve as the primary strategic partner and advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Enterprise Prioritization: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives across multiple business units.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure organizational alignment around corporate goals, OKRs, KPIs, and long-range strategy.
Operational Excellence: Streamline decision-making, manage executive workflows, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across Product, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to drive execution.
Board & Investor Support: Prepare executive materials, strategic briefs, business cases, and presentations for Board meetings and investor communications.
Leadership Communications: Support internal communication strategies, executive messaging, and organizational change initiatives.
Program Management: Drive enterprise transformation, performance improvement programs, and major cross-department initiatives.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and emerging challenges; develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations leadership, program management, or executive advisory roles.
Experience supporting or partnering closely with C-Suite executives.
Strong background in technology, SaaS, digital innovation, enterprise operations, or management consulting.
Expertise in planning, organizational alignment, data analysis, and executive communication.
Proven history of delivering cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or complex organizations.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Strategy, or related field is preferred.
Exceptional business acumen with ability to understand both high-level strategy and operational detail.

Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Operations to influence budgeting, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
Lead executive decision-making processes by synthesizing insights, building frameworks, and preparing strategic recommendations.
Guide change management initiatives to ensure adoption and alignment across the organization.
Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $285,000 – $370,000
Executive Bonus: Annual performance incentive
