About the Role
In an era defined by transformation and agility, leadership that unites strategy with flawless execution is essential. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Operations and Strategy Officer (COSO) to architect, optimize, and lead the operational and strategic heartbeat of our organization.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and play a critical role in shaping and executing the long-term vision of the company. This is not a back-office role — it’s a command post for transformation. You will oversee global operations, corporate strategy, and business performance initiatives while driving alignment across every function of the enterprise.
The ideal candidate blends strategic foresight with operational excellence — someone equally comfortable developing a five-year strategic roadmap as they are managing real-time performance outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Technology, HR, Marketing, and Product to ensure every operational decision drives measurable business value, innovation, and competitive advantage.
If you are a visionary leader who thrives on complexity, scale, and innovation, this is your opportunity to drive impact on a global stage — where every initiative directly influences growth, culture, and legacy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all operational and strategic functions across the organization, ensuring seamless integration between business strategy and daily execution.
Partner with the CEO to define and implement corporate strategies that drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
Lead long-range planning, performance management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Establish clear KPIs, OKRs, and operational governance frameworks to ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.
Manage the corporate operations portfolio — including process optimization, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Oversee strategic business reviews, market assessments, and scenario planning to inform investment and resource allocation.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and measurable results across executive and departmental teams.
Champion change management, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA or Executive Education preferred.
15+ years of senior leadership experience, including 7+ years in strategic operations or corporate transformation roles.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategy execution, performance improvement, and organizational growth.
Strong command of financial modeling, operational KPIs, and global business processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments that require executive decisiveness and agility.
Strategic Support
Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner, translating vision into executable and measurable business strategies.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure resources, teams, and technology align with enterprise goals.

Support board reporting and investor communications with detailed operational insights.
Working Conditions
Hybrid structure: flexible combination of on-site and remote work depending on project requirements.
Moderate global travel (up to 25%) for strategy sessions, site visits, and partner engagements.
Fast-paced, executive-level environment emphasizing performance, leadership, and measurable impact.
Essential Job Function
The Chief Operations and Strategy Officer bridges vision and execution — ensuring every business function operates with purpose, precision, and accountability. The role requires strategic dexterity, operational discipline, and the leadership depth to inspire transformation at scale.
