About the Role

Transformation at this level is not a program, a cost exercise, or a technology upgrade; it is a fundamental reinvention of how a global enterprise operates, competes, and scales. We are seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation agenda across strategy, operating model, technology, culture, and financial performance.

This role exists to convert ambition into execution. As Chief Transformation Officer, you will own the enterprise transformation portfolio end-to-end, integrating digital modernization, AI adoption, operating-model redesign, productivity improvement, and value realization across global business units. You will serve as the unifying force that aligns the CEO’s vision with execution discipline across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Commercial leadership.

You will design governance structures that ensure accountability at scale, introduce execution rigor across complex initiatives, and embed transformation as a permanent enterprise capability, not a one-time effort. Your mandate is to drive measurable outcomes margin expansion, speed-to-market, operational resilience, workforce effectiveness, and customer experience while maintaining business continuity in a highly complex environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the enterprise transformation strategy, execution roadmap, and value realization across all major initiatives.

  • Design and implement a multi-year transformation agenda spanning digital modernization, AI enablement, operating-model redesign, and productivity improvement.

  • Establish enterprise governance, cadence, and accountability mechanisms to ensure disciplined execution across global initiatives.

  • Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, and CHRO to align transformation priorities with corporate strategy, financial goals, and workforce planning.

  • Lead transformation performance management, including KPI definition, value tracking, and executive-level reporting.

  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making models.

  • Identify structural inefficiencies, cost leakages, and scalability constraints; convert insights into actionable execution plans.

  • Guide senior leaders through complex change while maintaining operational stability and employee engagement.

  • Oversee cross-functional transformation teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.

  • Present progress, risks, and strategic trade-offs to the Board and executive committees.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 18+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategy, operations, consulting, or large-scale change leadership.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, global transformations within large, multi-business enterprises.

  • Deep expertise in digital transformation, AI-enabled operating models, and enterprise execution frameworks.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience driving margin improvement, cost optimization, and long-term value creation.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively with Boards, CEOs, and executive leadership teams.

  • Experience building and leading transformation offices, governance models, and execution discipline at scale.

  • Track record of delivering measurable, sustained outcomes—not just initiatives.

  • Support M&A integration, restructuring, divestitures, and enterprise optimization initiatives.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure transformation efforts deliver sustainable, measurable value.

  • Embed transformation capabilities into leadership behaviors, planning cycles, and operating rhythms.


Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $430,000
