Director of Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing is a core function responsible for shaping how audiences interact with our organisation, how campaigns scale, and how performance insights support long-term commercial goals. The Director of Digital Marketing will oversee strategy, execution, analytics, and team development across all digital channels. This leadership role requires experience in guiding marketing teams, managing cross-functional interactions, and driving clear outcomes across complex workstreams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Oversee paid media, SEO, content development, email marketing, and digital advertising programmes.

  • Manage marketing analytics, performance dashboards, and attribution models to support data-driven decisions.

  • Coordinate marketing activities with Product, Sales, Communications, and Operations teams.

  • Guide creative development, messaging, and content planning aligned with brand direction.

  • Evaluate and manage digital platforms, marketing technologies, and automation tools.

  • Supervise campaign execution from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and performance standards.

  • Oversee agency relationships, vendor partnerships, and contract processes where required.

  • Support A/B testing, experimentation, and optimisation practices across channels.

  • Mentor digital marketing teams and support capability-building across the department.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth, or related fields.

  • Experience managing multi-channel digital programmes within medium to large organisations.

  • Strong understanding of analytics, marketing technology platforms, and digital campaign management.

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email automation, paid media, social channels, and content strategy.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or digital certifications are beneficial.

  • Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Contribute to discussions on brand direction, platform investments, and marketing roadmap planning.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives that integrate marketing insights with product and business strategies.


Working Conditions

  • Fully remote position within the United States.

  • Occasional travel for team workshops, marketing reviews, or planning sessions if needed.

  • Collaboration with distributed teams across different time zones.

  • Engagement with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $225,000

  • Annual performance-based bonus
