As Director of Diversity & Inclusion, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping policies, programs, and initiatives that influence culture, elevate representation, and embed inclusion into the DNA of the organization. You will partner closely with C-Suite leaders, business unit executives, and global HR teams to deliver measurable, lasting impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • DEI Strategy Execution: Lead enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Program Development: Build and oversee DEI programs, including employee resource groups, inclusive leadership training, and community engagement initiatives.

  • Policy & Governance: Strengthen equitable policies, representation frameworks, accessibility standards, and global DEI guidelines.

  • Data & Measurement: Oversee DEI analytics, dashboards, reporting, representation metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Talent Partnership: Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to enhance diverse hiring, equitable promotion pathways, and leadership development.

  • Culture Building: Lead initiatives that build belonging, strengthen cultural awareness, and promote inclusive behaviors.

  • Executive Engagement: Present updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and DEI councils.

  • Global Collaboration: Support DEI alignment across regions, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Employee Engagement.

  • Proven success in developing or leading DEI initiatives within technology, healthcare, corporate services, or large global organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of DEI frameworks, employee engagement practices, accessibility standards, and workforce analytics.

  • Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline preferred.

  • Ability to lead multi-location or global teams with cultural sensitivity.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Diversity Officer, CHRO, and executive leadership on DEI strategy and workforce culture.

  • Support enterprise ESG strategy through DEI reporting and community impact alignment.

  • Partner with Communications, HR, Talent, and Learning teams to embed inclusion into enterprise initiatives.

  • Influence business-unit leaders on representation goals, people strategy, and cultural transformation.


Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel to DEI summits, leadership meetings, and enterprise engagement events.

  • Requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams.

  • High-impact environment requiring confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and thoughtful decision-making.

  • Role involves virtual leadership, coaching, and facilitation of global audiences.


Job Function

  • Oversee enterprise Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, governance, measurement, and cultural programs.

  • Build and deliver strategies that drive engagement, belonging, equity, and representation.

  • Lead cross-functional partnerships to embed DEI principles into talent, leadership, operations, and communication practices.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $185,000 – $245,000

  • Annual performance bonus
