About the Role
The future belongs to organizations that learn faster, adapt smarter, and grow stronger — together. We are seeking a visionary Director of Learning and Development (L&D) to shape and lead our enterprise-wide learning strategy, enabling transformation, performance, and leadership excellence across all levels of the organization.
This role is more than traditional training. As our Director of L&D, you will architect learning ecosystems that power innovation, career mobility, and cultural evolution. You’ll lead a dynamic team that designs modern learning experiences blending technology, behavioral science, and analytics — turning talent potential into enterprise capability.
You will collaborate with executive leaders to embed a learning mindset into the fabric of the organization — aligning programs to strategic goals in leadership, DE&I, digital transformation, and business innovation. If you are passionate about inspiring people to reach their full potential and thrive in a culture of growth, this is your platform to lead lasting impact.

Partner with senior executives and HR leaders to define critical skill priorities for the future workforce.
Oversee design and implementation of digital learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP platforms, AI-based learning curation).
Introduce data-driven approaches to measure learning impact, performance outcomes, and ROI.
Manage strategic relationships with external universities, leadership institutes, and global vendors.
Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture through continuous development initiatives across all levels.
