As Director of Product Management, you will oversee complex product portfolios, guide cross-functional teams, and lead organizational transformation at scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Strategy Leadership: Define and execute long-term product strategy for a major product portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise vision and market opportunity.
Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple product lines, lifecycle management, roadmap prioritization, and cross-product integration.
Customer-Driven Innovation: Lead discovery, customer interviews, product research, competitive analysis, and market validation initiatives.
Execution Excellence: Drive end-to-end product delivery—from requirements definition to development, launch, and continuous iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver world-class product outcomes.
Metrics & Data Analytics: Manage KPIs, product performance dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and data-backed decision cycles.
Leadership & Team Building: Mentor Product Managers, build strong product culture, and develop frameworks for scalable product operations.
Stakeholder Communication: Present product vision, performance updates, and investment recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional partners.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
10+ years in Product Management, with at least 4–5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven background in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, enterprise software, digital product ecosystems, or cloud technologies.
Demonstrated success in leading complex product portfolios and delivering products at scale.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product frameworks, experimentation models, and modern development practices.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Experience managing cross-functional global teams and building high-performance product organizations.
Strong financial acumen with experience working on product economics, pricing, packaging, and ROI analysis.

Provide product-driven insights for M&A evaluation, integration planning, and new ecosystem development.
Influence enterprise-level priorities around technology modernization, AI adoption, and customer experience innovation.
Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $235,000 – $289,000
Performance Bonus: Annual executive incentive
