The Director of Product Management will lead product teams, coordinate portfolio direction, and contribute to strategic decisions that influence how our digital platforms evolve. This role requires a balanced combination of leadership, product expertise, and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and ensure alignment with organisational objectives and market requirements.
Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple products, including roadmap planning, prioritisation, and release oversight.
Guide user research, market analysis, feedback collection, and insight development to inform product decisions.
Maintain transparent communication channels between Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Operations teams.
Establish product performance indicators and reporting structures to support data-based evaluation.
Support consistent delivery practices and provide direction during planning and execution cycles.
Mentor Product Managers and support capability development within the Product organisation.
Coordinate cross-functional discussions, ensuring that product initiatives remain aligned and well-structured.
Identify areas for improvements across processes, user experience, and product functionality.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Significant experience in Product Management, including leadership of product teams.
Experience working with digital products, software platforms, or enterprise technology environments.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies and modern product management practices.
Skilled in working with cross-functional groups and managing stakeholders at senior levels.
Ability to interpret data, research, and analytics to support product decisions.
Experience in EU or international teams, ideally within technology-focused organisations.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or postgraduate qualifications beneficial.

Working Conditions
Remote role based in Berlin, Germany, with the option to collaborate from other EU locations.
Occasional travel for team workshops, stakeholder meetings, or planning sessions may be required.

Work environment includes engagement with technical, design, operations, and commercial teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: €189,000 – €235,000
