About the Role
At enterprise scale, product management is not about feature delivery; it is about orchestrating strategy, execution, and value creation across complex product ecosystems. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact digital platforms serving global customers and internal stakeholders.
This role is designed for a senior product leader who understands how to balance vision with operational rigor. You will own product direction from discovery through delivery, ensuring products are aligned with enterprise strategy, customer needs, and commercial objectives. The Director of Product Management will lead senior product managers, partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams, and translate long-term strategy into executable roadmaps.
As a key member of the product leadership team, you will shape how products are prioritized, built, measured, and scaled. This includes driving outcome-based roadmapping, customer-centric discovery, and data-informed decision-making while operating within the constraints and opportunities of a large, global organization.
This is not a roadmap maintenance role. It is a mandate to build product management as a strategic enterprise capability, one that accelerates innovation, improves time-to-market, and delivers sustained customer and business value.
