About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Program Management to lead complex, multi-year initiatives that sit at the intersection of technology, product, operations, and enterprise strategy.
This role is designed for a senior program leader who has successfully operated within large, matrixed organizations where execution requires orchestration across Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, Security, Legal, and Commercial teams. You will own the program management function for a portfolio of mission-critical initiatives, including platform modernization, AI adoption, cloud migration, customer experience transformation, and enterprise operating-model evolution.
The Director of Program Management will be responsible for building execution frameworks, governing delivery at scale, and ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
This is not a task-tracking role it is a leadership position accountable for enterprise velocity, execution clarity, and delivery confidence. You will influence senior stakeholders, establish operating cadence, and ensure that the organization consistently delivers against its most critical commitments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of enterprise-level programs spanning technology, product, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Establish and enforce program governance models, execution standards, and reporting mechanisms across multiple business units.

Translate executive strategy into structured program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations to align priorities, resources, and delivery timelines.

Facilitate executive steering committees and provide clear, data-driven visibility into program health, risks, and outcomes.

Identify cross-program dependencies, systemic risks, and execution bottlenecks; implement mitigation and recovery plans.

Drive consistency across planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and enterprise operating rhythms.

Lead change-management and adoption strategies to ensure initiatives deliver sustained business impact.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing program management organization.

Continuously evolve program practices using Agile, Lean, and outcome-based delivery models.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10–14+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise delivery roles.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs within enterprise technology or platform-based organizations.

Deep experience with Agile-at-scale, hybrid delivery models, and enterprise governance frameworks.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud technologies, data, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex stakeholder environments.

Experience managing large program budgets, capacity planning, and resource optimization.

Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
