Implement standardized methodologies, best practices, and governance models to drive operational excellence.
Partner with executive leadership to define success metrics and establish a culture of accountability and performance.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation programs — from concept through completion.
Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and compliance.
Mentor and coach project managers, developing leadership capabilities across the project management function.
Partner with technology, finance, and operations to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with high ROI.

10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven ability to manage enterprise-level transformation programs across multiple departments or regions.
Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in project forecasting and resource optimization.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with executive presence.
