Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the global supply chain strategy encompassing procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and fulfillment.
Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) to drive performance and accuracy.
Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and manufacturing vendors.
Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the supply chain network.
Lead digital transformation initiatives integrating automation, ERP, AI-driven analytics, and IoT systems.
Ensure regulatory compliance, operational safety, and business continuity across all locations.
Build and mentor a global team of supply chain professionals with a culture of innovation and accountability.
Manage a global budget and identify areas for optimization and long-term growth.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics; 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in global logistics management, procurement, and inventory control.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain analytics tools.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale operational transformations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, global environments.
Strategic Support
Partner with the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer to align supply chain objectives with business strategy.
Serve as a strategic advisor in network optimization, risk management, and cost-to-serve improvement.
Collaborate with digital transformation teams to integrate emerging technologies into core operations.
Represent the organization in strategic supplier summits, industry roundtables, and operational leadership forums.
Working Conditions

Essential Job Function
