About the Role
As organizations operate at a global scale, operational excellence becomes a strategic differentiator, not simply a support function. We are seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead and continuously evolve the enterprise operating engine of a complex, high-growth organization.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. The Executive Director of Operations will oversee large-scale, multi-function operations across regions, ensuring that systems, processes, talent, and governance structures are designed for speed, resilience, and long-term scalability. The mandate is not incremental improvement, it is operational transformation at scale, with direct impact on margins, customer outcomes, service quality, and organizational effectiveness.
You will partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and executive leadership team to translate corporate strategy into disciplined execution. This includes redesigning operating models, optimizing cost structures, modernizing workflows through automation and analytics, and embedding performance accountability across the enterprise.
This is a role for a senior operator who has successfully led complex, distributed operations, understands how to balance near-term performance with long-term capability building, and can influence at the highest levels while driving execution deep into the organization.
