About the Role

Our organisation operates within a large-scale, technology-driven ecosystem powering enterprise operations, digital commerce, customer experience, supply chain networks, and global service delivery. As business complexity increases and innovation accelerates, the Operations function plays a critical role in organisational stability, commercial performance, and strategic growth.

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Operations serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing multi-functional operations across Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Business Services, and Enterprise Enablement. This role is responsible for operational excellence, execution discipline, organisational scalability, and cross-functional alignment.

This position is ideal for a seasoned executive who thrives in high-velocity environments and has a proven record of transforming operations, scaling complex systems, and leading large distributed teams in digital-first enterprises.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership across all operational domains: supply chain, technology operations, customer operations, business services, and enterprise enablement.

  • Develop and execute long-range operational strategies aligned with organisational goals, market opportunities, and financial targets.

  • Oversee operational performance management, including key metrics such as cost efficiency, service quality, throughput, reliability, and customer impact.

  • Lead modernization initiatives including automation, digital workflow transformation, operational analytics, and platform enhancement.

  • Strengthen governance programs, risk management processes, and operational compliance frameworks.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Technology, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Commercial teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.

  • Lead capacity planning, workforce optimization, and operational scalability efforts to support rapid growth.

  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile Ops) across all operational units.

  • Oversee transformation programs resulting in improved efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery excellence.

  • Represent operations at the executive and board level, providing performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience across Operations, Supply Chain, Technology Operations, or Business Transformation.

  • Prior experience leading multi-site or global operations with large teams and enterprise-level complexity.

  • Demonstrated success in operational strategy, organizational design, and performance transformation.

  • Strong understanding of digital operations, automation technologies, analytics platforms, and modern workflow systems.

  • Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and deliver financial performance improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS Operations, Engineering, or related field).

  • Executive communication and decision-making skills with experience presenting to boards and senior stakeholders.

  • Provide operational guidance during organizational scaling, business expansion, and market-entry efforts.

  • Lead strategic initiatives that enhance competitiveness, operational resilience, and digital maturity.

  • Support financial planning through forecasting, cost modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.

  • Advise senior executives on risk exposure, operational levers, and long-term organizational capability needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $360,000 – $423,000

  • Executive Annual Bonus
