As Financial Director, you will play a key leadership role in driving financial strategy, shaping long-range planning, strengthening governance, and enabling high-performance culture through smart financial leadership. You will partner closely with executive leaders across Operations, Technology, HR, Product, and Corporate Strategy to ensure financial stability and strategic alignment across the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead financial strategy development, long-range planning, and annual budgeting processes across multiple business units.
•Forecasting & Analysis: Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, scenario planning, and business performance reporting.
•Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP, regulatory standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and financial risk guidelines.
•Operational Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership to evaluate investments, new initiatives, and cost-efficiency opportunities.
•Performance Management: Create dashboards, executive scorecards, cost models, and data insights that guide enterprise decision-making.
•Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycles; prepare materials for senior leaders and board-level audiences.
•Process Optimization: Improve financial systems, reporting structures, workflows, and enterprise financial management capabilities.
•Team Leadership: Lead and mentor managers, analysts, and finance professionals; build a culture of excellence, accuracy, and accountability.
•Strategic Investment Support: Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, ROI assessments, and strategic investment portfolios.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
•10+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Strategy.
•Experience in technology, financial services, enterprise operations, or high-growth global companies preferred.
•Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, analytics platforms, and advanced Excel/financial systems.
•Deep understanding of GAAP, regulatory compliance, audit processes, and internal controls.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
•Proven ability to partner with executives and influence cross-functional decision-making.
•Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing finance teams.

•Partner with HR and Operations on workforce planning, compensation modeling, and financial impact assessments.
•Support enterprise transformation efforts, digital modernization strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
•Influence governance frameworks, risk management processes, and strategic review cycles.
