About the Role

In modern enterprises, information technology is no longer a support function; it is the foundation that enables scale, resilience, security, and competitive advantage. We are seeking a Head of Information Technology to lead the enterprise IT organization for a large, complex, global company operating across multiple regions, business units, and technology environments.

This role is designed for a senior technology leader who can bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that IT capabilities directly enable business growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The Head of IT will own the end-to-end IT operating model, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity readiness, service management, and technology governance.

You will lead the evolution from traditional IT operations to a modern, cloud-first, automation-driven environment, leveraging AI-assisted operations, observability, and scalable platforms to improve reliability, speed, and cost efficiency. Partnering closely with the CIO, CISO, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership, you will ensure technology decisions are aligned with enterprise priorities and long-term value creation.

This is not a caretaker role. It is a mandate to modernize, scale, and future-proof enterprise technology building systems and teams that support growth today while preparing the organization for what’s next.
