We are looking for a Senior Director, Program Management who can lead enterprise-wide initiatives, streamline program governance, and drive large-scale, multi-year transformations. This leader will own strategic portfolios that span product, technology, data, operations, and customer-facing functions—ensuring alignment between vision, execution, and measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a seasoned executive who thrives in high-growth, complex environments; someone who can confidently direct cross-functional teams, enhance program maturity, and create the frameworks that allow innovation to scale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide program portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery across technology, operations, financial systems, and customer-impacting initiatives.

  • Develop and implement advanced program governance frameworks, risk controls, reporting mechanisms, and execution standards.

  • Oversee complex, multi-year transformation programs focused on digital modernization, scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Align cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, Data, Legal, Risk) around strategic priorities and resource planning.

  • Build and manage program roadmaps, milestone plans, budgets, and performance dashboards.

  • Identify cross-program dependencies, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies with executive-level visibility.

  • Lead teams of program managers, PMO analysts, and cross-functional contributors—driving accountability, clarity, and measurable progress.

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for critical programs; resolve roadblocks using strong stakeholder and change-management leadership.

  • Present program health updates, insights, and recommendations to C-suite and Board-level committees.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation roles.

  • 5+ years running large cross-functional programs in Technology, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.

  • Proven success managing complex program portfolios exceeding $20M+ or multi-stream transformation initiatives.

  • Deep experience with program governance, risk management, and enterprise delivery frameworks.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to interpret data, build models, and influence investment decisions.

  • Mastery of program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, hybrid frameworks).

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; capable of simplifying complexity for senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

  • Experience partnering with C-suite executives on strategic planning, operational alignment, and resource prioritization.

  • Align program execution with financial planning, regulatory commitments, and operational forecasts.

  • Drive continuous improvement of enterprise delivery models, tools, and reporting systems.

  • Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling, risk assessments, and actionable insights.

  • Enable organizational scalability by standardizing program management practices across all teams.


Working Conditions

  • High-visibility executive role operating within a fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise.

  • Remote/Hybrid U.S. role with periodic travel to leadership summits, business units, and executive off-sites.

  • Requires flexibility across time zones and coordination with distributed global teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $255,000 – $325,000 USD
(includes base salary + annual performance bonus + long-term incentives)
