Senior Manager of Operations

About the Role

At enterprise scale, operational excellence is the foundation that enables growth, customer trust, and financial performance. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead critical operational functions within a complex, high-growth organization operating across multiple regions, systems, and delivery models.

This role is designed for an operations leader who thrives in environments where scale, complexity, and continuous improvement intersect. You will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end operational workflows, strengthening execution discipline, and ensuring that teams, processes, and systems are aligned to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Working closely with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, Product, and Customer-facing teams, the Senior Manager of Operations will translate strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable results. You will identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive performance improvements across cost, quality, speed, and reliability.

This is not a maintenance role. It is an opportunity to shape how operations run at scale, modernize operating models, and build the capabilities required to support long-term enterprise growth.

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams.

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Strong operational mindset with a bias toward action and results.

  • Highly organized, structured thinker comfortable managing complexity.

  • Confident leader with the ability to influence without formal authority.

  • Calm, decisive, and effective under pressure.

  • Strong communicator who can align teams around priorities and execution plans.

  • Continuous-improvement mentality with high accountability standards.

Strategic Support

  • Partner with senior leadership to support enterprise planning and execution priorities.

  • Provide operational insights that inform strategic decision-making and investment planning.

  • Support transformation initiatives, system implementations, and operating-model changes.

  • Enable alignment between operational execution and long-term business objectives.

  • Contribute to leadership forums, reviews, and performance discussions.

Working Conditions

  • A Hybrid work environment with collaboration across multiple locations and time zones.
