Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned business functions, ensuring productivity, quality, and service excellence.
Performance Optimization: Drive KPI targets, workforce efficiency, and process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational best practices.
Cross-Functional Management: Partner with Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, HR, Finance, and Senior Leadership to support operational alignment.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize dashboards, analytics, and insights to identify issues, forecast needs, and optimize workflows.
Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Issue & Escalation Management: Lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure operational continuity during disruptions.
Project & Change Management: Oversee operational transformation projects, new system implementations, SOP rollouts, and scaling initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain adherence to safety, regulatory, quality, and operational compliance standards.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce, or Technology Operations.
Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SOP development, resource planning, and operational metrics.
Experience managing multi-site or distributed teams is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in dashboards, reporting tools, or operational systems.

Provide strategic insights through operational reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Working Conditions
Remote role with occasional travel to operational hubs, leadership meetings, or process improvement workshops.
Requires flexibility to coordinate with teams across multiple U.S. time zones.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $195,000 – $267,000
