Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-impact projects, support multi-team coordination, and contribute to the development of structured project practices that strengthen operational performance across the organisation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring plans, timelines, and outputs align with organisational goals.

  • Create project schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and documentation for assigned initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication across Engineering, Operations, Product, HR, Finance, and other key partners.

  • Maintain structured reporting processes including progress dashboards, milestone planning, and issue tracking.

  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and cross-functional planning sessions.

  • Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure clear escalation paths.

  • Support teams through clarification of requirements, prioritisation, and workflow alignment.

  • Ensure projects adhere to internal methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.

  • Guide project closure activities including retrospectives, lessons learned, and evaluation of outcomes.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, or related fields.

  • Experience delivering medium-to-large cross-functional projects in technology or enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

  • Familiarity with project and workflow tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are advantageous.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, change management, and structured documentation practices.

  • Support leadership teams in planning cycles, portfolio reviews, and project prioritisation.

  • Provide insights on project performance, resource needs, and multi-team coordination.

  • Assist in shaping project governance, best practices, and delivery frameworks.

  • Contribute to long-range operational initiatives and organisational planning sessions.


Working Conditions

  • Remote role within the United States with occasional travel for team workshops or planning events.

  • Work with teams across multiple time zones and functional areas.

  • Operates within technology, operations, and business service environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $135,000 – $195,000

  • Annual performance-based bonus
