As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will lead critical components of our demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier performance, logistics operations, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for a leader who brings a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a passion for transforming complex supply chains into engines of competitive advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning: Lead demand forecasting, S&OP cycles, inventory modeling, and replenishment processes across key product lines.
Supplier & Vendor Management: Oversee supplier performance, contract adherence, lead-time optimization, and global sourcing strategy.
Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end logistics processes including transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution execution.
Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen network efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Product, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to optimize overall supply chain performance.
Risk & Resilience: Identify vulnerabilities, develop contingency plans, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Analytics: Own KPI dashboards, performance reviews, inventory reporting, and operational insights for leadership teams.
Technology Integration: Support adoption of WMS, TMS, ERP enhancements, automation systems, and advanced planning tools.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, or Manufacturing, with leadership responsibilities.
Strong background in advanced manufacturing, technology, consumer goods, or e-commerce supply chain environments.
Proficiency in supply chain systems, forecasting tools, demand planning platforms, and ERP/WMS/TMS solutions.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management, S&OP frameworks, logistics strategies, and supplier optimization.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or MBA preferred.
Experience leading multi-location or global teams is strongly preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Directly support the Director of Supply Chain, VP of Operations, and global leadership on network strategy, operational performance, and cost optimization.
Contribute to long-range planning initiatives including capacity planning, sourcing diversification, sustainability strategy, and network redesign.
Collaborate with Finance to create cost models, business cases, and operational forecasts.
Influence the organization’s approach to automation, digital transformation, and supply chain modernization.
Working Conditions
Remote role with occasional travel to distribution centers, manufacturing sites, supplier locations, and leadership meetings.
Requires flexibility to collaborate across U.S. and global time zones.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $175,000 – $248,000
