Senior Vice President of Operations

About the Role

At enterprise scale, operations define whether strategy succeeds or fails. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead, modernize, and scale end-to-end operations for a complex, multi-business organization operating across regions, customers, and delivery models.

This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to translate ambition into execution at scale. The SVP of Operations will own operational performance across the enterprise, ensuring the organization delivers reliably, efficiently, and profitably while adapting to rapid growth and market change.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, the SVP will partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and technology leaders to drive operating-model excellence, productivity improvement, and service consistency. You will oversee operational strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while leading large, distributed teams through transformation.

This is not a day-to-day oversight role. It is a mandate to build operations as a durable, scalable enterprise capability, one that absorbs complexity, enables growth, and delivers predictable outcomes in high-stakes environments.

  • Experience partnering with C-suite leaders and Boards on execution and growth initiatives.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including margin improvement and cost optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Enterprise-level strategic thinker with disciplined execution mindset.

  • Executive presence with credibility at C-suite and Board levels.

  • Highly structured, data-driven, and outcomes-focused leader.

  • Resilient decision-maker comfortable operating in high-pressure environments.

  • Strong people leader who builds accountability, capability, and succession depth.

  • Clear communicator who translates operational complexity into executive insight.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on operational strategy.

  • Support enterprise growth, scalability, and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Partner with Finance on cost structure, margin management, and ROI tracking.

  • Collaborate with Technology on systems modernization and automation.

  • Support M&A integration, operational consolidation, and enterprise optimization efforts.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid executive work environment with global accountability.
