The Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics is a senior executive role responsible for end-to-end supply chain strategy, logistics execution, and operational optimization. This leader oversees sourcing, planning, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment while driving digital modernization, cost efficiency, and resilience across global networks.
This role is designed for an experienced supply chain executive who combines deep operational expertise with strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and strong executive leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide supply chain and logistics strategy across sourcing, planning, warehousing, and distribution.

Design scalable operating models that support growth, speed-to-market, and cost efficiency.

Oversee global logistics operations, including transportation, last-mile delivery, and fulfillment performance.

Drive supply chain digitization initiatives, including automation, analytics, and demand forecasting.

Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams to align supply chain capabilities with business strategy.

Establish governance frameworks for inventory management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Strengthen supplier relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships to improve resilience and value.

Monitor operational KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on cost, service levels, and risk exposure.

Lead business continuity and resilience planning across global supply networks.

Build and mentor senior supply chain leaders and globally distributed teams.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.

Proven success leading complex, multi-region supply chain and distribution networks.

Strong expertise in logistics optimization, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.

Experience implementing digital supply chain and automation initiatives at scale.

Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and cross-functional alignment.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
