The Senior Vice President of Operations plays a critical leadership role in shaping how the organisation executes its mission—leading multi-functional operations, modernising systems, strengthening governance, and enabling predictable, high-quality performance across the business. This role is ideal for an operations executive who thrives in fast-moving environments and can drive both strategic transformation and day-to-day operational reliability.
You will partner closely with leaders across Technology, Product, Finance, Customer Operations, and Strategy to ensure alignment between enterprise direction and operational execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple business units, ensuring performance, efficiency, and service quality.
Lead organisational transformation programs, including digital acceleration, process optimisation, and operational governance.
Build multi-year operational strategies to support growth, scalability, and service delivery excellence.
Establish and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, risk frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
Lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivery, service management, operations planning, and process improvement.
Drive automation, workflow optimisation, and technology-enabled operational enhancements.
Oversee budgets, cost structures, resource planning, and operational forecasting.
Collaborate with Technology and Product to ensure operational readiness for new releases, capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
Strengthen internal communication, alignment, and accountability across operations teams.
Mentor and develop operational leaders across multiple departments.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
15+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Delivery Management, or Enterprise Leadership roles.
Strong background in technology, SaaS, digital operations, or large-scale enterprise environments.
Proven success leading teams across complex, multi-functional operating models.
Expertise in process optimisation, operational strategy, and performance measurement.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost management.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
Demonstrated success driving transformation and modernisation initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $378,000 – $455,000
Annual executive performance bonus
