Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the global Operations Technology (OT) strategy, driving modernization, digital integration, and system optimization.
Partner with C-suite leaders to align IT and OT ecosystems with corporate strategy, ensuring operational resilience and scalability.
Oversee the design, deployment, and management of automation, IoT, AI/ML, and predictive analytics platforms.
Establish enterprise-wide data governance, ensuring real-time visibility into operational performance.
Drive cyber-physical security, protecting critical systems while enabling digital innovation.
Build and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and operations leaders.
Implement advanced manufacturing and digital twin technologies to improve productivity and sustainability.
Oversee multimillion-dollar transformation projects that improve efficiency, agility, and profitability.
Serve as a thought leader in digital operations, representing the company in executive forums and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations Technology, IT/OT integration, or enterprise transformation.
Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-site operational ecosystems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations; MBA or Master’s in Technology Management preferred.
Deep expertise in automation, digital manufacturing, ERP/MES platforms, and cloud-based architectures.
Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology strategy to financial performance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience leading large technology portfolios and transformation budgets exceeding $100M+.
Strategic Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, driving enterprise-level digital transformation.
Partner with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Operations Officer to ensure alignment across digital and physical operations.
Enable data-driven decision-making through scalable analytics and automation platforms.
Lead operational strategy workshops and innovation councils to embed technology-driven culture.
