About the Role
In today’s environment, supply chain operations are no longer back-office functions; they are a core driver of customer experience, margin performance, and enterprise resilience. We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational execution across a complex, high-volume supply network supporting manufacturing, distribution, and customer fulfillment at scale.
This role is designed for a leader who thrives in execution-heavy environments while still thinking strategically. You will oversee critical operational flows across procurement execution, production coordination, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring service levels are met while continuously improving cost, efficiency, and reliability.
You will operate at the intersection of planning and execution, partnering with Supply Chain Strategy, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial teams to translate forecasts into action. The Supply Chain Operations Manager will be expected to bring discipline, visibility, and accountability to operations using data, process design, and frontline leadership to drive consistent performance across sites and partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role with enterprise visibility, ideal for a supply chain professional ready to own outcomes, lead teams, and operate within a large, sophisticated organization.
