Vice President of Distribution

Admiral Talent > Jobs > & Technology > Vice President of Distribution

About the Role

In today’s high-velocity market, distribution excellence defines competitive advantage. Companies that deliver speed, accuracy, and end-to-end operational visibility are the ones shaping the future of commerce. Our organization is positioned at the forefront of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Technology, operating a national distribution ecosystem that supports large-scale fulfillment, automated warehousing, and seamless last-mile integration.

We are seeking a Vice President of Distribution to architect, lead, and optimize our multi-site distribution network. This executive will own strategic operations across regional hubs, high-volume fulfillment centers, nationwide transportation flows, and digital warehousing environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operational strategy, automation, workforce optimization, and data-enabled decision-making—paired with the executive presence required to influence cross-functional leaders and large operational workforces.

This is not a maintenance role—it is a transformation role. You will oversee multi-year modernization initiatives, introduce advanced robotics and automation, elevate service-level performance, and guide the organization through scaling demands driven by market expansion and digital growth.

If you excel at building world-class distribution networks, leading large operational teams, and driving transformational change across complex organizations, you will thrive in this high-impact, executive-level opportunity.
