About the Role
The Vice President of Financial Operations is a critical executive leadership role responsible for overseeing and evolving the company’s global financial operating engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring financial rigor while enabling rapid scale in a highly regulated, technology-driven environment.
You will lead complex financial operations across multi-entity structures, international markets, and high-transaction volumes, while partnering closely with the CFO, executive leadership, product, risk, and compliance teams. This position is designed for a finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and can balance operational excellence with forward-looking strategic insight.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own and lead end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, controllership, revenue operations, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and economic systems.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across global entities.

Oversee scalable financial processes supporting high transaction volumes and complex revenue models.

Lead automation, systems modernization, and AI-driven financial process improvements.

Drive operational discipline across budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Establish and enforce internal controls aligned with regulatory, audit, and compliance standards.

Partner with business leaders to translate operational performance into actionable financial insights.

Manage external relationships, including auditors, banking partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for financial operations.

Prior experience in FinTech, digital payments, SaaS, or regulated financial services environments.

Proven success leading global, multi-entity financial operations at scale.

Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, audit readiness, and financial compliance.

Experience implementing or optimizing ERP, financial systems, and data platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
