Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the global Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.

Develop and implement standardized program governance frameworks and reporting methodologies.

Drive strategic program alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance functions.

Oversee large-scale, multi-year transformation programs including digital modernization, M&A integrations, and enterprise process optimization.

Build and mentor high-performing program and project management teams across global locations.

Track and communicate program outcomes, KPIs, and ROI to executive stakeholders and board members.

Partner with technology leaders to ensure seamless delivery of technical initiatives, from infrastructure upgrades to AI-driven process improvements.

Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate challenges to ensure timely execution.

Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification strongly preferred.

15+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs within Fortune 500 or global enterprise environments.

Expertise in Agile, Lean, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, and the ability to adapt frameworks to organizational needs.

Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and global teams.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives to corporate goals.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to the C-suite and Board.
