In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the bridge between business vision and technology execution—translating complex business challenges into actionable, technology-driven strategies. You will guide senior leaders on how emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data intelligence, and cloud ecosystems can accelerate performance and shape new business models.

As a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive committee, you’ll be responsible for aligning technology investments with organizational priorities, driving operational excellence, and positioning the enterprise as a leader in digital innovation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise technology strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives.

  • Define and prioritize digital innovation initiatives, including automation, AI/ML integration, and cloud modernization.

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape multi-year transformation programs across all business functions.

  • Evaluate and implement technology investments that maximize ROI and business agility.

  • Oversee enterprise architecture frameworks that ensure system scalability, interoperability, and resilience.

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, IT governance, and global infrastructure optimization.

  • Lead cross-functional steering committees focused on innovation, data governance, and operational modernization.

  • Champion change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

  • Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements as a technology thought leader.


Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 7+ years in strategic planning or enterprise transformation roles.

  • Proven track record leading technology strategy or architecture functions in large, global organizations.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, digital ecosystems, and enterprise cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Strong financial and strategic acumen; ability to translate technology investments into measurable business value.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders and Board members.

  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.


Strategic Support

  • Partner with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to design and execute digital transformation agendas.

  • Align technology vision with corporate growth goals and evolving market dynamics.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure technology investments deliver maximum business impact.

  • Provide strategic guidance to global IT, engineering, and digital teams on executional priorities and innovation focus areas.


Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work environment with flexibility for on-site collaboration and remote strategy planning.

  • Moderate travel (15–25%) for executive meetings, global workshops, and innovation summits.
