Vice President of Transformation

About the Role

Transformation at enterprise scale is not a series of disconnected initiatives; it is a coordinated, multi-year effort that reshapes how the organization operates, delivers value, and competes in the market. We are seeking a Vice President of Transformation to lead and orchestrate large-scale change across a complex, global enterprise.

This role is built for an executive who can bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that bold ambitions translate into measurable outcomes. The VP of Transformation will own the transformation agenda across digital modernization, operating-model redesign, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

Working closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, and business unit leaders, this executive will establish transformation priorities, define execution roadmaps, and drive disciplined delivery across functions and regions. You will bring structure to ambiguity, accelerate decision-making, and embed accountability into how change is delivered.

This is not a program oversight role. It is a mandate to build transformation as a core enterprise capability, one that continuously improves performance, enables growth, and strengthens long-term enterprise value.
