Kaitlin Folinus joined Admiral Talent as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2019, bringing more than 25 years of extensive financial, operations, and strategic experience to the role. She has led numerous complex negotiations and managed a multitude of financial integrations to drive shareholder value in both public and private companies.
As CFO, Kaitlin leverages her experience delivering shareholder value creation to private equity-owned companies through sound financial discipline and growth-related programs, supporting Admiral Talent’s continued expansion.
Prior to joining Admiral Talent, Kaitlin was Global CFO at IRI, a worldwide leader in innovative data and analytic solutions for consumer, retail, and media companies. During her nearly 20 years with IRI, she held several senior-level financial positions, including CFO North America, Senior Vice President & Treasurer, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. She oversaw a number of transformative programs, including the launch of cutting-edge data analytics and technology, that led to a 20x return in shareholder value during her tenure.
