Paula Millerschin joined Admiral Talent in 2018 and possesses more than 20 years of specialized human resources experience within human capital professional services.
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Paula is a practiced senior executive who leads multi-faceted HR functions encompassing people strategy, employee relations, corporate communications, compensation, benefits, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Before coming to Admiral Talent, Paula served as Chief People Officer for Hudson Global, where she was responsible for all facets of HR for the Americas and the analysis and creation of executive compensation plans, equity awards, and variable incentive programs.
Paula was named to the 2023 DEI Influencer List by Staffing Industry Analysts and as a Notable Leader in DEI by Crain’s Chicago Business.
